Девчонки, погнали за Вадиком 😁

За неделю соревнований через Apple Watch, когда я ходила за Вадиком (скорее бегала, приходила домой мокрая 🥵, но всё-таки и не догнала его 😁), я скинула почти 1 кг! Изменения в рационе минимальные (уменьшились порции незначительно, овощи не особо добавились, может пару раз вечером отказалась от сладкого). Кроме Вадика, конечно, все девчонки жгут, но Вадик ежедневно! 👏✊
