Hey everyone, quick reminder to officially join our ‘January Steps Challenge’ within the group. We have a few on the group who haven’t yet joined this. This of course isn’t mandatory but allows you to be fully part of the action 👟
Hi everyone . Thanks so much for joining , we have 9 on the team now which is great to see. Be good to see 10 on here - 9s a crowd but 10s a party 🎉 😂. Engagement with the Microsoft Teams posts and encouraging your colleagues to join may help us reach that 10 mark 😀. Well done for joining and making an effort to think about how many steps you are taking. Even small steps to change can make a difference . 1,000 steps average this month and 1,500 next month? It's all about those small wins and gradual progress is often what creates lasting habits. Sometimes it's as simple as ditching the car for a walk to the shops or taking the stairs instead of the lift. I know we have the tendency to compare and worry but I would encourage people to please not be concerned seeing others racking up 10,000-20,000 steps a day. Everyone's journey is different,it's obv important to focus on your own progress. Give yourself time to build those habits, and celebrate small wins along the way 💪♥️
