Bonus Week Part 2 Italy Walk
Historical accounts mix fact and myth, showing a tradition of women and men working with intuitive magic and herbal lore to protect communities and foster growth.
Ritual:
Collect or imagine a small herb or leaf during your walk (sage, rosemary, or something you find).
Hold it and set an intention for clarity, protection, or insight.
Whisper a small affirmation or spell, e.g., “As this herb thrives, so does my spirit.”
Visualize your energy blending with the Italian landscape, connecting past streghe magic with your own intuition.
Homework (Italy-specific):
Post a photo of a herb, grove, old village, or natural spot in Italy that inspires magic or intuition.
Share one insight or discovery about streghe, Italian magic, or hidden wisdom that resonated with you this week.
Optional: Reflect on how you can bring one small piece of streghe-inspired magic into your daily life.
Bonus Week Part 1 Italy Walk
Bonus Week – Italian Witches & Streghe Magic
Theme: Streghe, Herbs & Hidden Magic
Walking Activity: Take a mindful walk imagining the paths of Italian witches through forests, villages, and ancient ruins. Focus on connection to herbs, moon phases, and intuitive guidance.
Education:
Streghe (witches) in Italy have been part of folklore since medieval times, especially in regions like Tuscany, Sicily, and the Apennine Mountains.
They were herbalists, healers, and keepers of hidden knowledge—using plants like rosemary, sage, thyme, and laurel for protection, love, and clarity.
Italian witches often held secret gatherings in groves, by wells, or on hilltops under the moon, blending ritual, intention, and movement with nature’s cycles.
