The FIT life
This year I have gone from a sedentary lifestyle to an active one. And along with that it’s being 89kg to 70kg in weight lost. Not going back and staying active is one of the ways I plan to keep that. So join me on this accountability and staying FIT journey. Here we Int. fast, walk, run, dance and sometimes swim. 🥳
