This year, the peak of the April Lyrides is expected on the night of April 22-23 — from 22:30 to 03:30. You can usually see about 18 meteors per hour, but sometimes the stream accelerates to 90.
The center of the stream will be in the constellation Lyra, and the light of the new Moon will have almost no effect on the visibility of meteors. It's best to observe the sky away from city lights and in cloudless weather, so check the precipitation map in advance.
If you have binoculars or even a telescope, bring them with you. And don't forget the main thing in stargazing — cherished desires.
6✨⚡️💥Achievement Unlocked!! 🎉🌟💫
Super proud of myself. Some days I amaze myself with my progress. To think that 2 years ago I was averaging only 2500 steps/day, then it was 3500/day, and now I’ve been averaging over 4000 each day! 👣🎊 I’ll get up to 10k/day eventually…just not today. 🤭😆😂 Baby steps, baby steps. Slow and steady wins the race every time. “Every day in every way I’m getting better and better” I realize most of you are super walkers who are able to walk/run 10, 20, 30, 40k or more each day and that amazes me!! 😮 You guys are awesome and I’m super envious of you all! For me, these 4000 steps are equal to 40k. LOL 😂 I’m grateful to each and every one of you for your support and encouragement. It motivates me to continue onward, so thank you my Pacer Pals! 🙏 After all isn’t that why we’re here? For support and encouragement? Each of us are walking our own paths at our own levels and abilities, yet we can still come together as one community! How great is that! 💟🎉🫶🤗🥰🤩🌈 Ok carry on now. 🤭😆🥰
