Seeing our progress on a daily basis has been a source of engagement for me. Together we walked 2,230,203 Steps over the past 30 days. Roughly 929-1056 miles! A Relay race where we passed on the torch to one another during the course of the challenge to get to the end. Thank you all for stepping up and joining me on this journey.
Thank you all for joining the challenge, I’m very excited for us to motivate each other and try to make a habit out of this. Here are some tips to get more steps in every day: 1-Park further away 2-Walk when you are on a phone call or waiting 3-Take the stairs 4-Listen to audiobooks/ podcasts 5-Take the dog for a walk 6-Include a company on the walk 7-But my favorite one is music 🎶 For now, let’s get some sleep 😉
