First name, how old are you, where are you from, what is your step goal set at, what is your desired step goal, & do you take your 2 rest days a week?
*Please keep ALL personal answers vague and not detailed!!! No one needs to know your address or dentist 🦷 lol 😆 Keep it short and simple for today’s question.
I will start:
My name is Shawna I am 36 years old I am from the USA. My step goal is set at 6,000 but I desire to have a daily step goal of 10,000. 🙌 I have taken 2 or more rest days in a week depending on sickness or not, several 1x breaks, for the most part I try to meet my step goal. Your turn… 🙂.

Everyone is doing great and our group is by the day!! I would like some input from my steppers when you read this message so I can prepare for February.
1. Do I need to lower the amount of steps we take daily for everyone in the challenge to have a fair step count? Once we meet a lower step count we can go higher gradually. What do you guys think 🤔?
2. I would like to challenge everyone to begin sharing photos of steps, motivational comments, to get involved, I want everyone to feel appreciated, encouraged, & respected as well as free to share their journey.
3. I am going to dedicate more time to our group to get to know everyone.
