I made a goal of 450,000 steps for March and boy did it surpass it! This month I’m setting a smaller goal for myself with a daily goal of at least 10,000 daily steps and focus on incorporating some cardio and weights. What goals are you setting for yourself this month? What keeps you motivated to have a healthier lifestyle?
