If you’re not 2-stepping at church, get your tail up and get moving today! It’s cool weather and traffic is usually low so what excuses can you make up now chump? Use up some of that screen time to get moving‼️
It’s the top of the week! The challenge for this week is to find time. We all work! We all have bills and responsibilities!! Make time for yourself at least 30 minutes before or after work to get out there or hit the treadmill!!!
