Aim to get 6,000 plus steps daily with Japanese style interval walking. 3 mins slow pace, 3 min fast pace. Try customising like me. 3 mins slow, 3 mins normal, 3 minutes slow, 5 mins power walk, 3 min slow, 7 min jog. Up to 10 mins with 3 mins slow.
