My Monday morning workout is complete โ I feel good and productive โ I am starting the week strong โ My goals this week โจ๐ธ 1. Walk/Run a mile in less than 20 minutes 2. Burn More/Eat Less Calories 3. Go up on weights during workouts 4. DRINK MORE WATER (Iโve been slacking lately) 5. Spend at least an hour per day doing something for myself 6. Get in my Bible
