I’ve been struggling to hit my step goal lately because I spend about 80% of my day sitting at my study desk. 😭 Some days I’m barely reaching 3,000 steps. I’m currently in a calorie deficit, but I also really want to keep my body moving and be healthier overall. I’d love to eventually reach at least 10,000 steps a day, but I’m finding it really difficult with how sedentary my study schedule is. Does anyone have any practical tips or strategies that have actually helped you get more steps in while studying or working at a desk? I’d really appreciate any advice! 🥹
