Hi team! New challenge has been posted. instead of total steps, this will be about consistency at a doable pace. How many days can you hit 10,000 steps this month? For those into weights, I have a personal challenge going on at home. Anyone interested in joining? Pick the 3 exercises that fit to your personal goals. Challenge = 3 exercises, 200 reps per week per exercise. For me = Seated leg press machine, Pull ups & Hanging leg raises. Who's in?
