The rules are pretty basic. If there is something you think I should include please feel free to reach out. Please be kind and treat others how you would like to be treated. No political or religion talk. Numbers, especially related to calories or weight, can be triggering to some people. Please don’t use them. Finally, when you get a chance introduce yourself. It can include why you joined this group. What are your goals. Something you do for fun or work. Your conditions (only if you are comfortable). Etc.

I have Congenital Myopathy (it’s in the Muscular Dystrophy family), hEDS, CFS/ME, POTS, Gastroparesis, Asthma, MCAS, Chronic Pain/CRPS, Secondary Sjogrens, and possibly a mitochondrial disorder. I also suffer from depression/anxiety. I use bilateral Canadian arm canes or a manual wheelchair to get around. I started this group because I didn’t see any other group I fit in and all the challenges were impossible for me to do - a bunch of groups had 10k steps a day. Some days I’m lucky to get out of bed. I made the challenge at 1,000 feet because that is the lowest setting. I really wanted to set it at 50-100. I make pottery and teach lessons for a job. It’s more like a hobby but I do the best I can. I also have a small black poodle named Shredder. He got that name because he shredded everything as a baby.

The group owner has published a new challenge. Check out the link below to get started.
