This challenge was so hard. I was sick twice, like really sick. I had my period 3 times, with one being 3 weeks exactly. I had 7 birthday celebrations, and there were plenty of times I had to turn down alcohol. I honestly thought I would fail. I didn't expect to love the process and volunteer to run a 5k. However, you ladies, my village, my sisterhood, my loves. You kept me motivated when I felt like I wasn't making progress. The sticky notes were so helpful and encouraging, too. I feel so proud of myself and determined to keep going - with more rest this time.

I still can't believe I'm under 200. Final weigh in and reflection Friday.
