1. Valid Steps Only * Steps must come from actual walking, hiking, or light jogging. * Running is allowed only if your challenge permits it. * Cycling, driving, or riding vehicles do not count. 2. Natural Arm Movement * Participants should walk with natural arm swings. * Deliberately shaking, swinging, or moving only the arms while standing or sitting to generate steps is not allowed. * Wearing a smartwatch on the wrist while artificially moving your arm to increase step count is considered cheating. 3. Device Placement * Wear your smartwatch or fitness tracker on your wrist as intended. * Keep your phone in your pocket, waist bag, or hand during walks. * Do not attach devices to pets, bicycles, fans, or other moving objects. 4. Fair Play Policy * No manual editing or adding of steps. * No use of apps or devices that simulate walking. * Participants are expected to compete honestly.
