Allowed activities: pedometer and GPS tracked walks, runs & hikes, treadmill sessions, and guided workout sessions. No manually input activities.

Appearance Long Toes & Claws: spreading weight to walk on soft lily pads. Body: Varies by species, black, white, brown, or chestnut colors with unique head/wing patterns. Size: Varies; Lesser Jacana is small (15-16cm), while Northern Jacana larger (up to 24cm). Behavior & Diet Diet: Insects, spiders, mollusks, seeds, aquatic plants. Swimming: Excellent swimmers and divers, Defense: Use wing spurs (some species) and perform threat displays; chicks can submerge themselves. Reproduction Sex Roles: Females are larger and territorial, while males raise the young. Mating: Females mate with several males; males incubate eggs and protect chicks. Parenting: Males carry chicks under their wings to safety. Key Species Comb-crested Jacana: Australia (Kakadu), known for its red comb. African Jacana: Widespread in sub-Saharan Africa, also called "Jesus bird". Northern Jacana: The Americas, females much larger than males. Bronze-winged Jacana: bronze-green upperparts, found in Asia.
