Step Towards Discipline.” Walkathon 2.0 is a 10-day virtual fitness initiative organized by the Student Youth Council (SYC) with the aim of promoting a healthier, more active, and disciplined lifestyle among students and individuals across different institutions. In today’s fast-paced and sedentary routine, maintaining physical fitness often takes a backseat. Walkathon is designed as a simple yet powerful solution — encouraging people to take small daily steps that collectively create a big impact on their health, mindset, and consistency. 🎯 Objective The core objective of Walkathon is to: Encourage daily physical activity Build consistency and self-discipline Create awareness about fitness in a fun and competitive way Foster a sense of community through healthy competition This is not just a competition — it’s a habit-building challenge. 📅 Event Details Duration: 15 April – 24 April (10 Days) Mode: Completely Virtual Platform: Pacer App (Step Tracking) Participants can join from anywhere, making it accessible and inclusive for everyone. ⚙️ How It Works Registration: Participants register for the event and receive a challenge link. Join the Challenge: Using the Pacer app, participants join the official Walkathon group. Track Steps: Daily walking/running steps are automatically tracked through the app. Consistency Matters: Participants are expected to stay active throughout all 10 days.
