Allowed activities: pedometer and GPS tracked walks, runs & hikes, treadmill sessions, and guided workout sessions. No manually input activities.

🔵Move Your Body: Choose your step category to aim for. This is a personal goal for you to reach. For extra motivation do a longer walk (extra 5-10 min) once a week! 🔵Be Mindful of your health: each day try to do one small change: drink more water, add fiber, read about colorectal cancer, skip processed foods 🔵Nourish Your Spirit: 10 extra minutes of: Prayer (alone or in groups) Scripture( solo or attend Bible study), Gratitude (journaling/verbal) These are all examples and ways to encourage growth in health and in faith during this season of Lent.
