Compete for the most steps. Maximum of 20000 steps per day.
Allowed activities: pedometer and GPS tracked walks, runs & hikes, treadmill sessions, and guided workout sessions. No manually input activities.
There will be several door prizes awarded at the conclusion of the challenge!
This challenge is in observance of American Heart Month. This challenge is open to Tougaloo College faculty, staff, and students only! ❤️
