Hi team, this is a fun little starter for us who are just jumping on the diet wagon😅 now the aim is for 10K steps a day but if you want to start small and start this week at 5K steps and then grow from there that’s fine. Have fun! Most steps wins!

It's not a secret that walking is good for your health and mind. For your dog it's really healthy activity as well! In this group you can share on whatever language you are comfortable with. You can always ask for transportation or translate by yourself
